2. The equipment rack is formed by integral wall panel (the thickness of the wallpanel is 35mm, not using channel steel, the original channel steel frame is easilydeformed after long-term operation, which affects the product accuracy), andboth longitudinal and transverse slicing are sliced with high-quality knives.Accurate cutting, no burrs, and high product precision.
3. The effective breadth 1000mm, material maximum width 950mm, the biggestdiameter of jumbo roll 800mm.
4. The finished product size is 50*60mm. Material is spunlace nonwoven. This sizecan be adjusted within the range (Width≥4cm, and the length is from 5-10cm)
5. Vertical and horizontal cutters are made of imported high-quality specialmaterial which is durable, accurate cutting and no burs.
6. It is equipped with ONE set of steel to steel indentation roller, main bearingsused in good quality brand.
7. Automatic counting device, showing a zigzag-type stacking count around,finished products’ size is adjustable.
8. All parts which are in contact with fabrics are manufactured in 304# stainlesssteel.
9. The machine running is controlled by the servo driving systems and it has areasonable layout of the electric wires, it is easy for workers to run the machine.
